Eric A Gilchrest, Managing Partner
Eric A Gilchrest is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Integrita Capital Partners, LLC.  Eric has over 30 years experience working as a principal, investor and officer with lower middle market companies. He is active in the search for, due diligence of, and management of portfolio companies.  He also serves on the investment committee. Eric’s private equity experience also includes several years as a day-to-day CEO.  Previously, Eric was a Managing Director of Ancor Capital Partners, a Principal at Satori Capital, Director of Corporate Development of Warwick Group, Inc., a middle market investment banking firm and an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co.  Eric has served on several boards of directors including FWT, Wellspring Pharmaceutical, West Window Corporation and Mayfair Window and Door Company.
A non-practicing Certified Public Accountant, Eric has a BBA and MBA (Beta Gamma Sigma) from Baylor University.  Eric has also been active in YPO/WPO for over twenty years and is currently a member of the Maverick (Dallas) and Fort Worth WPO Chapters.

Mike T McCall, Managing Director
Mike McCall is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Intregita Capital Partners, LLC.  Mike serves on the firm’s investment committee and will be active in the management of portfolio companies.  He is an accomplished senior executive with 40 years of experience in the energy industry.  Over a 29-year career with Luminant and various predecessor companies of the former TXU Corporation his roles included COO Luminant, Chairman and CEO TXU Wholesale, Sr. VP TXU Power, President TXU Gas, VP Regulatory Affairs, Director Public Policy and Mine Manager.

Mike served on the boards of a number of electric industry, mining industry, gas industry, and renewable energy national and state trade associations.  He currently serves on the University of Texas - Environmental Science Advisory Council and the Missouri University of Science and Technology - Mining Engineering Development Board.  In 2010, Mike was inducted into the Mines and Metallurgy Academy by the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
Mike was formerly on the board of FWT, LLC and co-invested with Satori Capital in the acquisition in 2010.  

Mike represents a very prominent Australian pension fund on the Board of a landfill gas-to-energy company based in the US. He is also a Co-Founder of nVentix Golf, LLC and was instrumental in bringing to market an innovative and proprietary line of golf shafts, NUNCHUK® Precision Shafts, that has enjoyed success on the PGA Tour and with high-end, aftermarket club builders.

Mike is a Professional Engineer and received a BS in Mining Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology in 1980.  He completed Nuclear Science and Technology Program for Executives in 2008 at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mike and his wife, Jan, have been married 38 years and have a son, Jake who works in commercial real estate. Mike is an avid golfer and hunter and volunteers as a USGA Rules Official.


Mike Roach, Managing Director
Mike will be active in the due diligence of and management of portfolio companies.  He is an experienced senior executive with over 20 years of experience in the food, pet, and consumer goods industries. 
Mike is the CEO and founder of Farallon Brands, a designer, manufacturer and distributor of consumer goods to many blue chip retailers in the US and around the world.  Farallon’s products are focused in the mother/infant and home décor sectors. 
Previously Mike served as President and CEO of one of the largest manufacturers and importers of home textiles with significant operations in southeast Asia and the US. Mike also spent 10 years with Nestlé working in consulting, operations and marketing. As an Internal Consultant, he identified and implemented over $100 million in savings in the areas of distribution and manufacturing. Mike also ran one of the largest volume producing factories in the US with over $600 million in revenues. He then moved to Marketing in the Pet Division where he repositioned a Nestlé core billion dollar brand and launched over 20 new products.
Mike holds a BS in Engineering from Purdue and an MBA from The University of Wisconsin, Madison.  Mike is married and has a son.   He is an avid tri-athlete, ultra-runner and enjoys spending time with his family.


Joe Penshorn, Managing Director

Joe currently serves as President of Inspiration Point Foods, a new venture formed to acquire and operate food companies. Joe retired in 2010 as CEO of Standard Meat Company and Vice Chairman of CTI Foods. Throughout his career, he has held several high level management and equity positions in food companies. These companies include Sandy's Fast in Fresh during the late 1980's, Rosani Foods in the 1990's, and concluding with Standard Meat Company and CTI Foods in the 2000's. At the time of his departure from the food industry, the companies under his leadership had revenues near a billion dollars. Mr. Penshorn began his career as a consultant at Deloitte and Touche in Emerging Business Services. He completed his B.B.A. in accounting and data processing from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Penshorn serves on the Advisory Council of the University of Texas at Arlington College of Business.  Joe is married with two sons and enjoys time outdoors with his family.


John Sommerhalder, Corporate Development

John Sommerhalder works with investment bankers and business brokers for Integrita. Prior to Integrita, John served as President and CEO of Lobo Tortilla Factory, Inc., a start-up manufacturer that grew in eighteen months to deliver truckload product to 33 states on a weekly basis. Previously, John was vice president of acquisitions for Park Pharmacy Corporation, with revenue growing from $24 million to $60 million during his tenure. John was also vice president to Hoak Breedlove Wesneski & Company, a Dallas-based middle-market investment bank. John began his career as a national lender at MBank. John is married with three children and enjoys spending time with his family.
